About Lyanne
Lyanne Train is a highly skilled and experienced clinical hypnotherapist and psychotherapist who has been helping clients achieve their goals both within the therapy session and in the weight loss industry since 2006.
With a passion for helping people to make positive changes in their lives, Lyanne is dedicated to providing a safe, supportive, and confidential environment in which her clients can explore their issues and work towards achieving their personal goals.
Lyanne is currently undertaking a degree in forensic psychology and this contributes to a deep understanding of the complex factors that can contribute to emotional and behavioural issues. Through hypnotherapy, Lyanne helps her clients to access their subconscious mind and clear away any limiting beliefs or negative thought patterns that may be holding them back.
Lyanne particularly enjoys working with children who suffer with anxiety, self-esteem issues, and other related concerns. She knows that these issues can have a significant impact on a child’s emotional and social well-being, which is why she is dedicated to helping young people overcome these challenges. As a mother of two teenagers herself, she understands the pressures and challenges that children face today. It is her goal to create a safe and nurturing environment where children can feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings.
Whether you are struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, or any other emotional or behavioural issue, Lyanne can help. With a warm and empathetic approach, she works with each client to develop a personalised treatment plan that is tailored to their individual needs.
Lyanne’s goal is to empower her clients to take control of their lives and create the positive changes they desire. With her guidance and support, you can overcome your challenges, achieve your goals and enjoy a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling life.
Lyanne is a member of the National Board for Modern Psychotherapy (NBfMP), she is fully insured and undertakes regular CPD and update training throughout the year.
